At Shush Doors, we’ve made ordering custom sliding wardrobe doors as straightforward as possible. Follow the simple steps below to design your perfect made-to-measure system.
Step 1: Measure Your Aperture
Your overall aperture is the total height and width of the space where your sliding doors will be installed.
- First, check that both the top and bottom surfaces are completely flat. This is essential for smooth door operation.
- Measure the height from floor to ceiling. Take this measurement more than once to ensure accuracy.
- Then measure the width across the floor, keeping your tape measure flat and straight. Again, measure a couple of times to confirm the correct size.
Accurate measurements ensure a perfect fit, so take your time with this step.
Step 2: Enter your overall aperture
Enter your total aperture height and width in millimetres into the configurator fields.
Example: 2000mm (height) x 1300mm (width)
Step 3: Choose profile
The profile determines your handle design and overall frame style. Different colour options are available depending on the profile you choose. Once selected, only compatible options will be shown to keep things simple.
Step 4: Choose door frame & track colour
Pick your preferred frame colour. Your track and rail set will automatically be matched to complement your chosen frame.
Step 5: Choose number of doors
Based on your measurements, the configurator calculates the most suitable door combinations.
- You may see multiple combination options or just one, depending on your aperture.
- The first option is automatically selected, but you’re free to choose another if available.
- Once selected, the doors will appear below, each ready to be customised.
- You’ll also see the calculated width of each door, which updates dynamically if you change the number of doors.
Step 6: Choose door style
- Single Panel – a clean, uninterrupted surface within your chosen frame profile.
- Three Panels – 3 x sections separated by dividers for a more decorative look.
- Four Panels – 4 x sections separated by dividers for a more decorative look.
Step 7: Choose door finish
Pick your desired finish – whether that’s a mirror panel or one of our premium board finishes.
Step 8: Choose door colour
Each finish offers a range of colour options. With multiple mirror and panel colours available, there’s something for every style.

Depending on the range, there may be more colours available. Clicking on the Load more colours button will load them.
Step 9: Configure Remaining Doors
Repeat Step 6, Step 7 and Step 8 for each door until every door is styled to your liking.
You’ll see the price update in real time as you customise.
Step 10: Add to Basket
That’s it! Your total set price is now shown.
- Click “Add to Basket” to proceed.
- You’ll be taken to your basket where you can complete checkout.
- Need more than one set? Simply return to the configurator and build another. You can checkout with all sets together.
Delivery Information
Because your sliding wardrobe doors are made-to-measure and delivered fully assembled with track and rail included, special care is taken during delivery. Once you have installed the track & rail set correctly, the doors will slot right into place.
- Delivery costs are calculated based on your location.
- Within 24–48 hours of placing your order, we’ll confirm your delivery date.
