Returns Policy

Returns Accepted

Our returns policy has been set up to keep costs low and to make the process as easy as possible. Contact us with your order number, specifying whether you ordered via our website or a third-party marketplace (e.g. eBay.) Any return request cannot be processed without an order number.

Returns will not be accepted if installation of the sliding wardrobe doors has already begun. Items must be returned unused within the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Any returned items that are not in a saleable condition will have the refund request declined.

If you are not satisfied with your order once in your possession, you can return your order to Shush Doors within 7 days. Returns can take up to 5 working days following the arrival of the products to process. All products must be in the original packaging along with any paperwork and / or instruction manuals. 

If product labels are removed, the refund becomes void.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with  proof of delivery. Shush Doors will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All shipping back to Shush Doors is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund postal fees.

Any successful return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. 

If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second charge may apply.

Products MUST be unused unless faulty. Any faulty doors will be exchanged like for like. 



Discounted doors can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be made.

Shush Doors can only confirm compatibility and issue a warranty amongst its own products. Using a Shush Doors product with any third-party product will result is a refund being declined and void.


Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. If you do not receive your order at all then please contact us. In the unlikely event that the doors arrive damaged or faulty, please contact Shush Doors immediately, this will be given special priority. Replacement doors will be shipped within 72 hours once the returned doors are in our possession. Delivery charges will be refunded back to you if your order arrives damaged or if the order is incorrect.
