Please note there are product price differences between our online and showroom, under any circumstances customers cannot reserve goods for online marked prices for in-showroom purchase.

Delivery Service

Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 1pm the next working day will be considered as the first working day for delivery time. In case of bank holidays and over Christmas periods please allow an extra two working days.

All orders will be sent via a next working day service; expected to arrive the following working day once your order has been marked as dispatched, however due to unforeseen circumstances please allow up to 2 working days for your items to arrive.

Specific delivery times are not issued by our courier; therefore it is important that a person is available at the delivery address between the hours of 8am to 6pm as upon arrival of your goods a person will need to be present to provide two signatures, one for the arrival of goods and another confirming the goods condition upon delivery.

If any delivery attempts are unsuccessful a re-delivery will be automatically scheduled for the following day (reoccurring for up to three attempts) unless informed otherwise by the customer. Unsuccessful deliveries will incur a fee of £15 for each failed attempt, which the customer is liable to pay in full.

Our courier will also ask for a written (signature) confirmation from yourself confirming that all your goods have arrived in perfect condition; please carefully check all your items in detail before signing the confirmation slip as damaged items cannot be rectified once confirmation has been given by yourself.

Delivery Disclaimer

Our next working day delivery service has a cut off time of 1pm, all orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

All damages and missing items MUST be reported within 24 hours after delivery of your order, otherwise we will not assume any responsibility for damaged or missing items.

Customers are responsible in checking for damages before signing couriers declaration of goods condition.

Unsuccessful deliveries will incur a fee of £15 for each failed attempt, which the customer is liable to pay in full.

Collection

Please allow up to 1 working day for us to prepare the items for pickup from our showroom.

Upon a purchase we shall presume that a customer will be collecting their purchased good the following working day unless informed otherwise, please note that it is the customers responsibility to keep us informed.

Customers must bring a printed copy of their eBay receipt and form of ID for verification; failure to do this will result to a no sale.

Export Restrictions

At present Shush Doors only sends goods within the UK. We plan to add exports to our services in the future. If however you have a special request please contact us with your requirements.

Returns Policy

Shush Doors returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and be in receipt of an eBay or PayPal transaction number before sending any item back. Any product without a transaction number will not be refunded.

Usual returns policy will be void if construction of the products have been attempted. Items must be returned unused within the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Any items that we deem to have been attempted to be constructed will have the refund request declined.

If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven days of exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, and manuals blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

Please note: usual returns policy will be void if construction of the products have been attempted. Items must be returned unused within the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Any items that we deem to have been attempted to be constructed will have the refund request declined.

If our labels are removed from the product &#45 the warranty becomes void.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Shush Doors will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All shipping back to Shush Doors is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you postal fees.

Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense.

If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second charge may apply.

Non-Returnable

For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for used products (this does not apply to faulty goods &#45 faulty products will be exchanged like for like)

Discounted or our end of line products can only be returned for repair no refunds of replacements will be made.

Incorrect / Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered. Please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Shush Doors immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours once items returned. Any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back onto your credit/debit card.
